Shipping and Return Policy

ORDER PROCESSING Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you
know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP Grays Harbor County orders can be arranged for local pickup. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 day using United States Postal Service. We do not ship outside of USA at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
There will be free shipping for orders over $50 USD.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at slipperystumpfarm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution. When refund is initiated processing will take place in 1-2 business day.
